1. Who we are

Pureblendlabs ("Pureblendlabs", "we", "us") operates pureblendlabs.com, a research-focused catalog and ordering platform for research-grade peptides. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Account information: first and last name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and a securely hashed password when you register or an admin creates an order on your behalf.

Order information: the products you order, order totals, payment status, and delivery status.

Payment information: we never see or store your full card number. Card details are collected directly by our payment processor, ONVO Pay, inside their PCI-compliant embedded form. We only receive a payment status (e.g. paid, failed) and a payment reference ID.

Communications: if you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we keep that conversation to respond to you and keep a record of the support history.

3. How we use your information

To create and manage your account and orders.

To process payments through ONVO Pay and send you a payment link when an order is placed on your behalf.

To send transactional emails through Resend: order confirmations, payment links, and account-related messages.

To respond to support requests and provide customer service.

To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse of the platform.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Pureblendlabs, each bound to use it solely to provide their service to us:

• ONVO Pay — payment processing.

• Resend — transactional email delivery.

• Vercel — website hosting, database (via Turso) and file storage for product/campaign images.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pureblendlabs, our customers, or others.

5. Data retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your rights

Pureblendlabs is intended for users 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access-controlled admin sessions — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
